Hello, so since yesterday all my downloads are stuck on super low speeds. It's like they are being throttled, but even with VPN it doesn't work.

Anyone else with this problem?

Edit: Okay so it seems the having set the "Limit Outgoing KB/s" will reduce all my Incoming. Doesn't matter how much I put as limit in Outgoing it always drops down to incredibly low incoming.
I usually don't want to have maximum Outgoing, but now I can't change because that will reduce all my Incoming, is this an update thing or what's going on here?

I may be wrong but I believe the outgoing traffic can either be seeding or trading with other peers.  If you don't trade with other peers you may get low incoming speeds. Just a guess.

I have had that problem for years. With my VPN, I have got my outgoing tweaked at about 2.25MB but even fastest downloads are less than 3MB and with the VPN I still show 200Mb of my 400Mb of ISP speed.

I think it's digesting but what do I know?

Anyone have any ideas?
