I update to 2.59 a few days ago (Win10/64bit) and have noticed today that my manually set download limit (Limit Incoming KB/s) on Bandwidth tab was not working. Tixati was behaving as if there was no limit (but the interface looked as it should have been on, the button was blue). I tried switching to transfer tab, minimizing, restarting... nothing helped.  Next i went back to the Downloads tab and entered a lower download bandwidth, and after a few seconds that worked. I raised back to my usual limit and now it works as it should. It seems that Tixati "fogot" my limit, probably during update as i have not noticed it not working previously.
