So I've been testing out tixati and mainly use it for my private torrents as it's generally fast on private torrents.

On public torrents is so slow you can use it. I loaded the exact same torrent in Bitcomet and Tixati. Tixati is like moving along at 1-2MB/s where as Bitcomet maxes my fibre line at 25MB/s on the same torrent. This is sadly not an isolated case. I played with the settings and and left them on default but it does not matter speeds are just generally poor on Tixati.

What am I doing wrong?

How many seeds and peers are there in the swarm and how many are you connecting to on each client?

It is possible to view which specific peers/seeds you are connected to and the individual speed of each.
