Hi,

I realize to have a fast upload speed then there must be someone wanting to download.  However, my upload speed isn't that fast (30mbps) so I find it hard to believe that leechers download speed is the limiting factor.  I am on a number of private torrents and I am currently seeding over 500 torrents.  

I am sure I have set something up incorrect as my outgoing hovers around 300KBps.  I have my torrents organized into groups.  No individual torrent or group has an outgoing limit set.

Both outgoing and incoming traffic is limited.  The outgoing is limited to 3500KBps.  I have tried changing the outgoing seeding/trading %  but it didn't change anything.  I'm still not sure what this is meant to do :S
