Tixati 2.58 Windows 7 64bit. Auto shut down issues

I am using Tixati 2.58 on Windows 7 64 bit. Everything functions brilliantly except the auto shutdown function when the computer is locked. Tixati cannot shutdown the PC when I have locked it.
