I'm looking through the settings under the Connections tab, and I'm wondering if there's anything I can change to optimise them. At the moment, I have a large amount of active torrents (about 50), with the standard amount of download and upload slots (8 and 5). A large part of those torrents are either unresolved Magnet links or ill-seeded.

What effect do these settings have, exactly? I understand what they mean, but I don't know what ranges are acceptable, and if there's any use in changing them when appropriate.

Also, any advice regarding download/upload slots?

My incoming ports is not the same as illustrated.  It doesn't show the UPNP port number.  Where can I find this?
