I noticed on one of the torrents i was trying to download a long list of 'peers' with 0%

This particular torrent is stalled, without any seed. Several users have reached the max available at 73%. Aside from them are dozens of 0% 'leeches'

These are reportedly doing a small in/out but never grow to 1% and beyond even after days and with several users having 73% I'd expect they would show some progress but don't.

All of these zeros are showing as BitTorrent 7.8 or 7.8.2 and all are flying the USA flag.

I am guessing this is some sort of port plugging attack, not meant to download but to prevent others from having access to this particular torrent. For now, I set all the zeros to  to free up the slots for real downloaders.
