I have a download speed of 185 Mbps and an upload speed of 18.45 Mbps. What would be the best settings for me for Limit incoming and outgoing KB/s to maximise my download speed.

I would try 20000 KB/s download  and 1600 KB/s upload limit.

Also I would increase the Maximum peer connections per download to at least 100.
