It would be nice to have such an opportunity when a new file would be placed along the desired path depending on its name pattern.
The template can be set as in the search (regexp or else) and map it to the corresponding path.
Or it would be possible to assign a simple string name to a template in order to more easily navigate complex templates.
Having a list of named templates, it could be used also in the search function, choosing the name of the stored pattern from the list.

Try the Categories with capture settings. You can use regex there to assign category automatically based on matching file names, you can set up different download location for each category.
