Hello,

I've been trying to download a torrent that has very few seeds or peers.
Part of this issues I believe is due to my IP Filter. When I look at the list of trackers  for the torrent, A LOT of the list shows "Tracker IP filtered".
So I went into my settings for IP Filter, and turned off Tracker filtering.

I stopped the torrent, closed Tixati, and started it again. It's still filtering trackers. How can I fix this?
