I downloaded two versions of the same video (one 720p one 1080p) and set the same target folder. Both videos had the exact same filename.
When the second video finished downloading, it overwrote the first video without warning.
In my list of Transfers, both torrents, including the overwritten file, was still listed as available for upload even though it was pointing to a file of a different size. That's a problem.
