I have a proposal, if this is not already implemented: the ability to define what part of a file should be downloaded, eg. by an offset or by starting and endign byte position. I believe this should be trivial to do. Also I propose (as always, if not already there) an option to download rarest pieces first. Sadly it is not uncommon to have dead torrents that have client with useful pieces that shop up rarely. This shoul help mitigate.

Tixati downloads rarest pieces first, except a few first pieces of a download. Tixati tries to obtain those few pieces quickly from many sources, in order to start trading sooner and speed up faster.
