I often want to limit my torrent download/upload speed (per torrent) but not to 100 KB/s or less. I don't see other options more than those values below 100. How should I make my client limit download speed (for example) to 2000 KB/s ?

In the transfer's context menu > Bandwidth there is Customize Menu... option. You can set your preferred submenu settings there. There are also other presets to give a try, for example Faster Limits.

I'm saying about limiting individual torrents (after that), the's only 100 kb/s as max.
