When I'm tying to start a new download I get the access denied message. Now I'm not great with a computer so I'm really having trouble figuring this out on my own. It was working just fine before I updated to windows 8.1 from windows 8 so maybe some new stupid settings are blocking it but I dont know what those would be. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
