How do I get a video to finish D/L?

Also how do I tell if they are in ENGLISH ONLY before I D/L them?

How do I tell if someone is D/L from my files?

I am sorry for so many questions but I am NEW to all this type things!!! I can use any assistance I can get!!!

I am running a 150 fiber optic line system! It usually does it very fast but lately the D/L are not finishing up!!

BTW, after I D/L a video do I need all the other Trash with with it or can I delete it??????
