Hello, I had some torrents downloading and was doing some other things on my Windows 8.1 PC when everything locked up.
I did a hard reset after trying to exit apps from the Task Manager failed.

Upon restart, Tixati would not load. I followed the alternative restart options but nothing worked.

I am unsure how to include the "broken settings" file here but will try to cut & paste it.
Well, that did not work.

I guess you can email me and I can forward the file for your use.

Thank you in advance.  This has happened before but when I delete and reinstall Tixati, I lose all my files/content/settings.
