It could be a problem with your GNU/Linux box rather than with Tixati. I'd suggest to google any web search engine for "Client failed to connect to the D-BUS daemon" and see what solutions to the problem have been proposed.

You need to install the package gconf2 before installing Tixati.
sudo apt install gconf2
That should solve the problem.
