Hi,

I limit the outgoing and incoming bandwith and it worked well. With version 2.57 the incoming limit calculation seems to be broken, because if enabled, the configured limit is ignored and incoming bandwith is capped to around 30KB/sec.  

Does anyone see this problem too, or is this my local installation.  I use the portable version / win7 64Bit
