Is there a way that I can set the time for a download to start and stop?

You can use the Scheduler for that.

I checked version 3.44 of tixati. There is no option in scheduler to set download time. For example from 2:05 AM to 6:55 AM
Please add download time setting to scheduler because in some countries internet access is given to customer at specific hours for example from 2 AM to 7 AM
