Using latest v2.57 portable.
When Scheduler is running and set to start at a time and set to stop at a time, if a new torrent is added the torrent is not affected by scheduler and the user must go to scheduler and select "Run Task Now" for torrent to be affected. When scheduler is running everything should be affected by this even add new items.
