Ive never had this problem until I bought a new HP computer. Every time I download to TIXATI everything seems to be going good then this comes up next percentage box:
"error creating directory: TI What is going wrong? HELP!!

If you're on a new pc it's probably Windows Ten.
On Seven I had a few similar problems; fixed permissions so I could own and fully control them and so far, ok.
