I have updated to 2.57 version and out of nowhere Tixati simply does nothing when I click the columns to sorting out.

What is odd is that it was working normally for some days since the update... I already restarted it, restarted my PC and the issue continues... I'm using x64 version on Windows 10 x64. Any thoughts?

Go to the up right corner , click on "Layout" , then choose "Sortable view".
I think you changed it to "Ordered View" by mistake.

On Transfers View enable Layout > Sortable View, then you'll be able to sort columns like before.
