Greetings,
I have only recently been introduced to your client, and just installed the latest version on 3/20. Everything was great until yesterday. I noticed that I had lost my internet connection, as well as my VPN, and when trying to stop several seeds and 2 D/L's the program was 'unresponsive'. By unresponsive, I mean nothing I did had any effect. Alt F4 had no effect, and the Task Manager couldn't close it. I had to restart my computer to exit the program. I did restart not only my computer but Tixati as well and had no more issues until today. When I was done last nite, I right clicked and stopped each item running (but left the program running), turned my internet & VPN off and went to sleep. This morning after I got my internet & VPN running, I went to right click and start the seeds & D/L's and the program was again 'unresponsive'.
I'm running a notebook with Win 7 Home Pro 64 bit with 8G RAM, and Tixati 2.57 64 bit with no settings changes. Once I can re-boot my computer again I'm going to try going back to 2.56 because I didn't seem to have these problems with it.
Regards

are you able to send in an error report? if so, do it. thats the best way to get this fixed.
are you in any channels? if so, are they still running?
is DHT running? if so, is it still running?
do you have any RSS Feeds running? if so, are they still running?
is tixati the only program that is unresponsive?
is restarting your computer the only way to close tixati when it is in this state?
you mention going back to v2.56. have you? and is this still happening?

Not on 2.57, it locked up my computer twice and I was done with it.
are you in any channels? if so, are they still running?
No I am not.
is DHT running? if so, is it still running?
Yes. No, it's very quiet now.

No

Already done.
While I appreciate your quick response, I'm not really posting a complaint so much as a notice there is a problem. I only started using Tixati about 2 weeks ago, and am not a power user by any stretch of the imagination. I was thinking about going thru the optimization guide when I got the notice about the new version.
Now that I have reverted to 2.56 I have not had the problem
