I have Tixati setup to download certain things automatically via RSS.  Almost every time I check on the status of the downloads that have been created they are "stuck". The status is "Downloading" but they have no peers, no progress, nothing. The properties window shows that all the trackers have a status of "Timed out...". When it's in this state new torrents added manually still work.  They pick up the trackers and peers right away and start downloading.

Restarting Tixati fixes the issue temporarily but next time I check (usually the next day) the same problem exists.  Any new downloads that were created have the same problem.
