It seems older versions of Tixati had folder creation 'pinned' to the default download location.  Currently, the default location for specifying (or creating a new) download folder seems pinned (or defaulting in the directory tree) to the desktop.  The older way made much more sense, to me, since many new folders tend to be created under the default download location.

This issue doesn't affect program operation and isn't a 'bug'.  It's merely an interface tweak for convenience.
