In the last few days my total download speed in Tixati is always ~75K, while a speed test for my computer shows 22 Mbps.
Similarly, total upload  speed seems restricted to ~15K, while speed test shows 1660 Kbps.
This was definitely not the case 1-2 weeks ago.
In the suspicion that my ISP started limiting torrents I googled and found NO support for such an assumption.
I am located in Israel.
Any ideas?

mine is exactly same going to try different program maybe u torrent to see if this makes a difference / i have recently done a windows update not sure if this could of caused something

what version of tixati and what OS?
do you have 'auto limit' on?
do you have bandwidth limits set?

I had a similar problem before, and in my google search found how to "tweak" the download speed.

It explains everything from setting up your DHT as well as adding the port to your firewall.

If you Google Tixati slow download, you will find it. Something I also found was under bandwidth, push the In to as many 9's as possible and out to 500. Auto limit didn't work for me, but the tweak write up did work in my case.
