provide alternate tag to opt-out specific torrent/magnet files.

as is, adding the command "##mirror:transfers" to the  page publishes all of a users .torrent files (whether they user is seeding them or not) - great feature

It could be better if there was opt-in and/or opt-out tags, perhaps added to the  -->  settings for exceptions to:

[ ] Allow to be advertised (when ##mirror:transfers is shared)(iow - opt-in)
Do Not Advertise (the opt-out feature)

This would facilitate advertising either selected torrent/magnet metadata files or most but not of these that a user may be interested in or have.
