I work for a University and we have some users who would like to use this product. However, the License agreement states that it is not for commercial use. We have had some products that state using their product in a University environment is considered a commercial use (Malwarebytes - most notably). If individual users use this product on University machines, is that considered a commercial use or would it be allowed?

using tixati at a university is fine. anyone can use tixati. you just cant sell it.
