Some clients does infinity connects.

One of them calls itself 7.10.35.366 (apparently it is chinese client)
This is how it looks:

47:19 - starting
47:19 - receiving secure incoming connection
47:19 - logged in
47:19 - remote is complete seed
47:22 - error: Both peers complete
47:22 - stopping
47:30 - starting
47:30 - receiving secure incoming connection
47:30 - logged in
47:31 - remote is complete seed
47:33 - error: Both peers complete
47:33 - stopping
47:42 - starting
47:42 - receiving secure incoming connection
47:42 - logged in
47:43 - remote is complete seed
47:45 - error: Both peers complete
47:45 - stopping
47:53 - starting
47:53 - receiving secure incoming connection
47:53 - logged in
47:54 - remote is complete seed
47:56 - error: Both peers complete
47:56 - stopping
48:05 - starting

I propose to ban it for some time.

or 7.10.33.358 that doesnt send metadata, just hangs there with an open connection all the time. perma ban should be implemented for peers like these.

just had a torrent with a HUGE BUNCH of these crappy peers hogging my traffic and not leting healthy peers come trough because of the connection limit. like i said, they just hang there sending "keep alive" and does not send any useful data! ignored all of them and put china in ip filter
