I have to say up-front that I am pretty new to Linux. Which is why I have installed Ubuntu MATE 17.10 on an old laptop to test the waters.
In the process of finding optimal applications I have installed Tixati and Deluge. Both seem to be lacking this feature, but since I find Tixati to be more to my liking I am asking here:
How do I open folders from Tixati with the file being already selected in the... Caja? ...file manager?
As soon as a folder contains more than ~30 files looking for them becomes an absolute chore.
Since I have this issue with both Tixati and Deluge I assume there's a superior alternative people use on Linux. Firefox has this feature on both Windows and Linux though.
Please enlighten me so I don't lose my mind here. Regardless, adding this in should make many users happier.
