I started using a VPN, a few days after I started getting the unconfirmed incoming ports. I made sure Router and Firewalls were set, and even tried changing to different ports. Never had this problem before using a VPN, however now even if VPN is off I get same message. Only other thing new is I setup a RSS but have since turned it off. Any suggestions?

Go to portforward.com and download the port check tool and confirm that your port is open. I would suggest the port is not open even though it appears to you that it is.
