I have DSL with very limited upload bandwidth and i can upload more only when im not downloading. If you ever had DSL you would know that upload throttles download greatly and vice versa. Current auto limit tool is crap, i get good pings in 70s and bad pings in 400s. I just need a simple rule that watches if either im downloading or not.

I think this can be achieved by setting the upload/download defaults with bandwidth presets. Wasnt very obvious because i didnt need presets before.
