website shows 7508 seeders but Tixati shows zero seeding (report down in the bottom bar) the magnet torrent is downloading at only 50 to 100 K/sec on my broadband cable. Yes I'm using a VPN but that often works for me at about 1-2 Mb/sec. What am I doing wrong?

I haven't used that website, but it appears to be simply a search engine. As to seeder count, many tracker site use fake numbers to inflate their listings. If the website relies on such fake numbers, that's what you get...7508 fake seeds, 0 legit seeds. and with few legit seeds and peers, your download speed will be limited to their upload speeds.
