My ISP blocks p2p traffic and I wanted to know if I use a proxy for the Tracker TCP will it only be data relating to trackers that is sent through the proxy or will it be all the data from what I am downloading?
Basically I don't want to abuse the free proxy and take all their bandwidth with p2p stuff.
