When I start Tixati, it settles in with about 2.5GB of memory
After a week, it was using over 5GB of memory.
I decided to restart so click the icon in the tooltray and EXIT.
The icon disappeared but I could see tixati still running on my taskinfo monitor.
I opened M$ taskmanager and while tixati was not listed as a running application, it was shown as running on the processes tab.
I tried to terminate it with a clean 'close' command via taskinfo, but saw no response.
After about 30 minutes, the tixati process finally disappeared from both taskinfo and taskmanager.
So really 2 issues... memory creep over time and delayed shutdown.

dunno if its related, but i can expect with so much memory usage you have thousands of active transfers, after exiting tixati, it will stay up, and send out announces to every single one

Hi,
Having the exact same problem with Tixati (v. 2.55) now and then.
Approx. 2 times a week.
I do a hard reset on the PC, and have to wait for a rebuild entries
within Tixati.
This did not happen with Tixati v. 2.53.
