Fopnu: a torrent more than a winmx-like file sharing?

by aspide on 2017/08/22 05:12:25 PM
winmx users don't look for a file simply, but they look at the file shared by an user.
how can we use fopnu?
thanks for a reply

fopnu does not use torrents.

it has its own network, like winmx has.

if a person has files that you want, add them to your contacts list. then you will know when they are online and can download from them.

you use fopnu by running it, getting online, sharing files, getting into channels and talking to people, downloading from people, etc...

Thanks.
The concept is ok, but at my first run i couldn't understand how it works.

I'll try it again.

With this new client ate the devs going to remove channels, clean up code in tixati?

I don't use the channels section but if they want to push it then it makes sense to remove it, clean out that code make tixati more compact?

But then maybe I don't understand the big picture...

Fopnu, I am not aware of it. But I really want to get familiar with Fopnu. As I have been torrenting for a long time and every time I go for it I need a VPN for secure torrenting in order to prevent any set back from downloaded torrent files. Does Fopnu works the same way, do I need to use a VPN for Fopnu as well.
