Hi, I use tixati portable under win 10 v1703.
on some specific torrents, when I wanna check the torrent, it just gives me this error:
"error opening: access denied, another program may have this file open (5)"

Here's What I've done so far:
* changed the directory.
* checked the file handle via Sysinternal process explorer and no other programs were using that specific file
* reset the file permission and took ownership of that path (including subdirectories)
and also this never happens when I download the torrent via tixati,
this happens on specific partially downloaded torrents (with other softwares)
I mean this always happens when I import that partially downloaded torrent into tixati...
It's really annoying
