TIXATI is the best bittorrent client I have ever used, by far.  But a big wart is not using SOCKS proxies for UDP traffic, and it is more than a little annoying that the message at the bottom of the Proxy Settings asserts that it's not possible when, in fact, it is possible.  

Devs: Would you be interested in a bounty or campaign to get this fixed?  This is a longstanding issue with the project, so there must be a barrier.  What would make it worth your while?

Users: Let's make it happen!  I'll make a offer to match donations, if we get interest from the Devs.

I'm serious about this, and I'm not interested the relative merits of a VPN vs. SOCKS.  VPN _is_ better in some situations, but so is SOCKS.  I pay for both, and use them for different things.
