This doesn't matter to many and to many other the appearance matters a lot.
I recommend that you consider:
- add a colour scheme variety of default flavours (that can be modified)
- add a save/export and load/import colour scheme
- start a gallery for folks to submit and vote on their favourite colour schemes
- use pretentious, silly, or simple titles, as long as you have default + plugin + customize options
- let your community help you
- custom icons (I'd love to design some for you)
You have a passion for code and P2P so you created Tixati. If you wish to earn from it I saw someone suggested selling merch. I prefer donate buttons in the "about" for Bitcoin, Patreon, etc. Something else that other apps tend to do is to release regular updates (often with apparently no changes). This attracts attention often begging for donations on their website or donate buttons. While I don't recommend this tactic, it is very possible to offer new colour schemes changes, especially if you had a evolving voting gallery of colour schemes.
