For a situation where the upload speed is big, and its Tixati (2.49) to Tixati (2.51):
All situations, max-thread usage is lower than 50%, meaning likely no hardware drawback.
If we connect them by LAN 1000mbps (confirmed 1100mbps by Mikrotik cable test or aprox. 130MB/s, confirmed 80MB/s FTP RAM-DISK), the max rate is only 600KB/s even when using RAM-DISK (Passmark RAM-Disk which achieved 400MB/s at an old benchmark on my own machine).
For an wild situation:
If we have an big upload rate, 24mbps, it doesn't efficiently utilize like qBittorrent.
On the other hand..
For an situation of download, it easily gets 160mbps at high seed torrents.
For an situation of only 256KB/s upload (2mbps), it efficiently uses all the bandwidth after half an hour in any 800 seed 200 peer torrent.
This is information collected from me and an friend, so needs further testing. If anyone achieves pretty good upload speeds at an n-version, I would love to know.

I too couldn't get very high speeds out of Tixati in LAN or local loopback modem (2 BT clients on same computer both using a ramdrive).
At its worst, Tixati struggled to average 50 KB/sec with a torrent made with 16 KB piece size. Lots of pieces slowed it down worse than anything else for some reason.
Disable uTP in Tixati and it should be much faster over a LAN or very high speed internet connection.
Tixati also has horrific cpu load from its GUI, so put it in the most simplistic GUI possible before minimizing it.
