Can you, please, add separate HTTP proxy for HTTP/S connections i.e. tracker announcer and RSS feed.
There is strong tendency for blocking unwanted hosts by government nowadays, and not only Tracker frontends got blocked but also their announcers. DHT is a not always a solution. There is no strong need in masking every tcp/udp peer connection, but announcer sometimes is essential.
