When i try to d/l with a port 8080 It changes 8080 to 80. I Can't get to stay on 8080 and i think it does that with port 8000 also.

Change to port 8080 again. Then use the up arrow right to the number 8080 which becomes 8081. Then press down arrow and it is back at 8080. Close configuration panel. Exit and restart, look at your port. I work around this bug this way.
