Sorry if this appears as a duplicate. It seems my original post got lost because of a login timeout or something.

In my tracker window only the first tracker shows a status no matter how many there are. If I do a manual announce on the other trackers they will show a status. Is this by design and all are announced or do I need to manually announce the others?  Is there a setting, which I may have overlooked to force all trackers to be announced or show their statuses?  I remember earlier versions of Tixati used to show status for all trackers.

I believe my window setup is the default with only some column width and color mods.

Check if "Multi-Tracker announce mode" is set to All groups, this option is in Settings > Trackers. Also see if all trackers are in different groups, trackers in the same group behave like you described. I think it's better to announce only one tracker for multi tracker torrents, because some people add far too many trackers to the list.
