how to become a seeder?

when i download a torrent , the speed of downloading is 600kbps or more, but after i finished downloading, the seeding speed is so slow sometimes few kbps or none. i dont why? i didnt change the settings, all the settings is in default. please can someone give me any advice, i need help, thanks in advance

It is all about 1] supply and demand and 2] Asynchronous bandwidth from ISP

You might be downloading from 5 or 10 seeders and or peers (don't forget peers upload to you also - that is the premise of torrents). When you are seeding (uploading to others), there may be little demand.

Also, most ISPs throttle upload much more severely than download. You might have 15 mb/s download but just 1 mb/s upload. ISPs often do not advertise the upload limit, preferring to brag on the download rate.

Is there any way to solve it? what do you mean by When you are seeding (uploading to others), there may be little demand.

Is there any way to solve? what you mean by (When you are seeding (uploading to others), there may be little demand)? does it mean that when seeding speed is slow, mean there is no people downloading?
