fantasy feature - skipped tracker override

by Bugmagnet on 2014/01/13 12:13:43 AM
I have a torrent with 2 trackers that are both "skipped" due to the lists in my settings files

Obviously "no host found" is a dead end.
but maybe, just maybe "connection refused" or "timeout" might be a temporary condition.

I'd suggest that when one goes to torrent properties -> trackers -> R.C.  that this manual command override the skip list. Any auto announce should of course continue to be skipped, Allowing a one-time manual tracker check override would help without having to remove the tracker from the list (and readd it if it is still in failing condition)

Use open trackers. There are four of them right now, that work great. Plus another that is more specific.

You just have to find them. It's not that hard at all.

and how do you go about finding them? And when you find them then what? Do you need to add them to the tracker section of each torrent?
