Currently, when a peer is IP filtered in a torrent's peer list, there is no apparent way of adding an exception, so that you may connect to that peer.  That would be a good feature to add to the next version of Tixati.

Just use PeerBlock for ip filtering. There you can manually add exceptions and additional lists.

I liked that feature idea. To the other person that’s a terrible idea it undermines the whole ip filter feature.
