Using win x64 version 1.96, as per subject when I look at peers for any given torrent, mostly linux spins including new fedora 20, I see the client attempting connection to own public ip address then gets listed as either filtered or non-contactable. TCP/UDP forwarded correctly and DHT states online.

I've not seen any other torrent clients exhibit this, anyone care to shed any light?
