Trying to improve tixati
by

In my peers tab, I see I am downloading from several seeders, is there any way to force tixati to automatically download pieces from those uploaders (seeders) with the EQUAL SPEED?, this way we might have as good speed as IDM on HTTP downloads.
Thanks in advance

No, there isn't any way to force Tixati download same speed on every peers/seeders that you see there, in your peers list.
And it's not something need to be done. You're misunderstanding the basic idea of torrent leeching and seeding. And your question doesn't make sense honestly. It's not how you should to try improving Tixati because what you want is not a improvement at all.
Basically, torrent is NOT http or any direct downloading method, it's different. And it's different to a point that multi-downloading thread doesn't need to be equal in speed (compare to IDM as you said).
Torrent is (arguably) decentralized, unlike direct link http/fpt that there's a central server that contain data, and you connect there to download. Torrent cliend got data content from another torrent clients around the internet via tracker or DHT (distributed hash table). And when you download content by torrent, you connect to number of peers as good as you can. From those peers you leeching content to you PC, but each of them come from different countries and location, different ISP (so diff line speed). So you at best download with speed that they(their client setting) allow, not you choose to get.
Real life example: Download from peer A with 437KB/s and peer B 85KB/s and peer F 11KB/s... it's very natual and normal in torrent, not a issue. Peer A came from large IPS with highspeed and currently seeding only a few torrent, includes yours. Otherside, peer F from lowspeed or they keep bandwidth for another stuffs (included seeding for another torrent and another leecher, get that, you're not only one use their bandwidth, they have a lot of thing to do with it). Then you can't set a equal speed for all downloading threads. If you set it high and those peers not be able to seed that fast, you still get nothing better (because it's their bandwidth and their line speed, not yours), if you set equal speed low for all peers, then it's pointless because you just slow-down your own downloading.
If speed of given torrent slower than the fastest IDM speed you get on your PC, then it's normal. If the host server you download with IDM is something like a payed filehost, then you can only downloading at limited speed regardless you download manager. Otherwise, if you download from very good speed server with IDM and compare speed to a poor seeding torrent, then it's a issue, because they're uncomparable (different conditions between them). The fastest speed in torrent compare to fastest speed in IDM and tell us. I download with both and nothing different. They both be able to reach maximum of my payed bandwidth package.

Oh yes, my settings were bad , I played a little with the settings of tixati and now my speed is better,so generally I think your download speed depends on seed to peer ratio of the torrent file you are trying to download and your download capacity and their upload capacity and YOUR SETTINGS.

Not really important about setting to make your download speed maximum.
The default setting in Tixati is enough for almost users got maximum speed already, of course you still need pick the heathy torrent with passable amount of seeders at first in order to get maxspeed (downloading).
Some setting can be alter to make uploading process more effective in large swarm (e.g default 80 is maximum peer connections, but sometime you can set higher in lagre warm with your highspeed internet cable, or check
all peers stay unchocked
also increase upload in large swarm).
Unless
you use Tixati in very special network conditions or custom firewall, etc... then you may want to custom setting
(Or you messed up the Tixati setting to a point where it do more harm than good)
. Otherwise default setting works for everyone. Similar about Utorrent advanced setting, all of these stuffs can stay in default value for the most time, and you still be able reach maxseed. A lot of setting made for another purpose, not speedup, don't be fooled by them too much. Of course you can custom and optimise Tixati for many aspect then study about setting, if only about downloading speed then it isn't that important.

You were right about tixati default settings.
Tixati is amazing, a lot better than utorrent and bitcomet

I don't wanna open an extra thread & have a totally different proposal,
but it belongs somehow, how Tixati displays the B/s speed.
It is displayed as
2.58 K
_109_K
47.2 K
As you can see, the biggest number 109 is visually smaller than the smallest with 2.58.
It's sometimes hard to see the speed quickly.
Why not make an extra dot and space to the numbers over 100. Like
_2.58 K
109.__K
_47.2 K
Or something like that ?????
PS : The underline "_" is not impoartant, just this Forum Text editor deletes a beginning space " ".
And now it gets hard to read, since this Text editor corrects my writing and deletes spaces.
Sorry !

The display of the DL speed can be improved :
The Tixati developer should IMHO (in my humble opinion) choose the same display as
in a Multimeter/Voltmeter. That means, up to 1999 Bytes just like that, in Bytes.
And above 1999 Bytes in KB with 1 number after decimalpoint.
That would be like 599 , 1999 , 2.0 K , 5.9 K , 59.9 K , 599.9 K .....
BTW (by the way) the LIMITATION of MAXIMUM seeding or downloading speed should be added 250 KB.
Right now, the limitation is 100 KB or unlimited. If my DL speed is 600 KB, I would want to
equally distribute the speed. Why not add 250 KB and 500 KB to the list ?

About last two posts:
Tixati already has flexible number formatting, I'd recommend to try different possible settings (Settings > User Interface > Output Formatting). For example, in order to make transfer speeds easier to read I prefer to have File Only for Transfers B/s and Peers B/s, default is File + Protocol. This way small numbers below 1K, which are very often protocol only traffic, are rarely displayed and it's easier to see where data goes. Depends on your bandwidth, but I think default Largest Unit setting as K is too low, M works better for me.
Bandwidth limits can be changed using Customize Menu... at the bottom of Bandwidth submenu (separately for transfers and peers). Load Faster Limits preset if 100K is too low for you. There's even possibility to write your own Bandwidth submenu.
