Hello and thankyou for the torrent client

my query-  want to be able to load magnet links to tixati in batch; written as text from a rtf/txt file, for my windows computer, from a folder that lies in google drive shared folder.

as i keep adding new links to the txt/rtf file in the drive folder, i want to know the steps here to do this, so that i dont have to attend each time the torrent client.
want to be able to batch load the magnets from the file and keep on adding new links and automate the process.

now i couldnt find this after looking out, so please forgive me if this is a repeat query. in case this is not there, please suggest an alternative to have it done.
