I've been using Tixati for several years.  Tried the others but always come back to Tixati, including giving a donation.  If I use software I don't mind paying for it if it is used often and it works.
One change/option I would like to see is the option for the RSS feeds to trigger during a certain time of day. (say between 1am and 6am.)  Sorry if this has been asked for before but a quick search of feature request did not show any previous requests.  Thanks for a great program.  I use it every day. If I understand the question correctly, RSS feeds already can be started and stopped at any given time using the Scheduler.

Simply click the clock icon near the top of the window, click "Add" near the top left, enter a Name and Time into the pop up dialogue window and then click Add under Actions. Then select your RSS feed from the RSS Feeds menu option.
